My reaction
Concept: The fun of an Evil William Shatner aside, does this make any sense? On any level? Even a little?
Story: No, no it does not make any sense.
Characters: Evil Kirk! For a show with such a character-centric premise, it's very plot-focused. But still, Evil Kirk!

Special effects/design: A dog in a furry suit forces me to take back what I had said about the look of this show being perfect.
Acting: Pure ham, but entertaining.
