Synopsis: an old actor might be an infamous mass-murderer in hiding

My reaction
Concept:4/4 (Great) Traditional drama with the potential for lots of suspense.
Story:3/4 (Good)
Characters:4/4 (Great)
Dialog:3/4 (Good)
Pacing:2/4 (Indifferent) Most of the episode is spent either on Kirk's love life, or finding various ways of restating "we can't be sure!"
Cinematography:2/4 (Indifferent)
Special effects/design:2/4 (Indifferent) The costume design is really awful. They did everything they could to ruin this episode, and nearly managed it.
Acting:3/4 (Good)
Music:4/4 (Great)
Subjective Rating: 7/10 (Good, 3/4 (Good)). The confrontation between Kirk and Karidian is among the best scenes in the series. Sadly there's not a lot else in this episode that's especially good.
Objective Rating (Average):3/4 (Good)
