Story: Just as dumb as the first movie, and this time it's hard to follow in places.

Cinematography: Still just static shots, but this time they're set up with a sense of artfulness.

Subjective Rating: 6/10 (Okay, ). A little better than the first one, thanks to the footage of 1913 Paris. There's something nice about seeing a movie that was filmed in a time and place when policemen wielded swords and motorpilots wore goggles.
