My reaction
Concept: Three completely unrelated ideas, not one of which quite makes sense on its own, tossed together without even an attempt at connecting them.
Story:
Characters: Huge missed opportunity. I don't know if Bones is just poorly written, or if he's supposed to be infected with rage, but either way he doesn't make sense.

Subjective Rating: 6/10 (Okay, ). There never is any explanation or resolution for... anything. Yeah, they get Kirk back, and find a treatment for the symptoms of space-rabies, but there's not even a little curiosity about the how or the why of things.
