Subjective Rating: 7/10 (Good, ). This sort of story (intrigue and espionage with an almost noir-ish style) really needs to be tightly wound, with everything coming together at the end. Instead, this is a wondering mess of stuff. It's still very good, though; there's some nice stuff in that wondering mess.
