I saw it: on video and TV several times, most recently yesterday (have on DVD)
Synopsis: a raving guy with a beard is somehow connected with disturbances in reality

My reaction
Concept:2/4 (Indifferent)
Story:0/4 (Terrible)
Characters:1/4 (Bad)
Dialog:1/4 (Bad) Minus several points for crimes against science.
Pacing:0/4 (Terrible)
Cinematography:2/4 (Indifferent)
Special effects/design:3/4 (Good) I'm willing to overlook a lot of awful when a Jetsons-style space car is involved. There really is a lot of awful here, though.
Acting:1/4 (Bad)
Music:4/4 (Great)
Subjective Rating: 3/10 (Bad, 1/4 (Bad)). Holy steaming pile of nasty. Even my undying love of classic Star Trek can't get me through this one.
Objective Rating (Average):1.5/4 (Eh)
